Start a new project

Select
your database type (Access for instance) and specify (if needed) its location.
If you use an ODBC source, just specify your ODBC DNS name

Choose table or SQL requests to be included

In
the combo box (above) choose the field containing the email addresses
(your message's recipients)
Choose the dynamic fields you want to include into your messages. Dynamic
fields will help you to personalise your emails :
You will no more send emails like
" Dear customer "
but like
" Dear <= name => "
where <= name => is dynamically replaced by your database field
called " name "
